Running was good last week. The weather has really cooled off and of course that makes it so much easier.

Tomorrow, Phyllis and I are running College Hill. AAAAAHHHH! I love hills but this one might change my perspective.

The hills are all in preparation for the Spa City 10K. My first 10K and one that is mostly uphill for the first 2.5-3 miles.

  1. Good luck on the hill run, I ran with my husband for the first time sunday night and bless him I'm sure he felt like he was going backwards but we did some awesome hills. My first 10k is in Nov but I'm not quite as far along in my training as you are yet. My longest run has only been 4 miles so need to start upping the mileage.
