  2. I'm so proud of what you're doing Ashley - and inspired. I'm not running yet, but I'm just trying to stay motivated and in good enough shape for the breast cancer walk in 16 days!!!! I've been planning to start the C25K program for awhile now, and finding out my mom has breast cancer has only motivated me MORE! I don't want her to worry about my health on top of everything else she's going through right now...so that's why I'm interested in reading ANYTHING (like this book) that will help me be healthier.

    PS - I haven't had a Diet Coke since March 29th!!!! And I only had to buy store bought bread once in the past 2 months, my kids think it's poison now! LOL.

  3. Interesting. Since having my second child I've wondered if part of the reason why I'm having such problems shedding these last pounds is because my hormones are still out of wack. I'd be very interested in reading this book.

  6. I know how I should eat so I really don't need the book. But my favorite indulgence when I'm being bad is a DQ Blizzard! I ♥ chocolate chip cookie dough!

  7. Favorite indulgence: Chipotle Burritos and Cold Stone Ice Cream ... yum and at 2000 calories totally worth it!
