Gym Rat? Not So Sure About That

Well I broke down and did it. I joined a gym.

After a month or so of babying my knee and running through the pain I decided something had to be done.

So off to the gym I go to engage in some low impact cardio and strength training to correct my knee problem so running isn't altogether out of the picture.

Any tips for a newbie?
