Yum! This smoothie got its color from fresh blackberries.
1 tbsp natural almond butter
1 tbsp Nesquick powder (only 30 calories!)
1/2 cup skim milk
blend for 3 minutes, add a few ice cubes and blend until smooth! So good.

I like my smoothies simple and single serve. I'm usually the only one around to drink them and I am a calorie counter so I make it easy on myself. The smoothie above was a mix of banana, strawberries, blackberries, honey, and skim milk. The past few mornings I've been craving something a little more well....chocolately, so I came up with my easy peasy Chocolate Banana Almond Butter Smoothie.
1/2 banana
3 whole strawberries1 tbsp natural almond butter
1 tbsp Nesquick powder (only 30 calories!)
1/2 cup skim milk
blend for 3 minutes, add a few ice cubes and blend until smooth! So good.

ReplyDeleteMmmmm, looks good. I've been hung up on strawberry mango smoothies. Just like you, I make a single serving and have the calories all counted. The husband does usually take a sip. He can't help himself.
